Terms of Service

These terms apply to the international access and network acceleration subscription services provided by VPNTQ. Please read these terms and related policies before using the service. If you have questions about the service or the scope of responsibilities, you can submit a support ticket through the user panel. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are not limited by these terms.

Service Scope

VPNTQ provides international routes, subscription configurations, and access to client software for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The traffic included in each plan, billing method, and validity status are determined by the selected plan details and order records in the user panel. International route services do not include memberships or other benefits from third-party websites, apps, or content platforms.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Choose a billing method that suits your needs and check the traffic allowance and price before confirming your order. See the pricing page for plan details.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; you can use a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. Your subscription link can retrieve the configuration associated with your account, so protect it like an account credential. If you suspect it has been exposed, change your password promptly and manage the subscription link through the panel.

The service has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time and is intended for account holders to use on devices they own or are authorized to use. This does not permit reselling or renting accounts, or sharing accounts or subscription configurations with other users. You may not combine different users' traffic needs and provide service to them through one account, or disrupt other users' connections.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your actual use of the service, as well as the usage rules of the websites and apps you access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, accessing another party's systems without authorization, malicious scanning, network attacks, or other unlawful activities.

You are responsible for the content you upload, transmit, obtain, or use. International routes provide network connectivity but do not grant permission to access third-party content. Before using AI tools, streaming services, or international websites, check their regional rules, account eligibility, and content permissions.

Availability and Scope of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, device settings, carrier links, destination websites, and route maintenance. VPNTQ does not guarantee connections to every third-party service in every region or at all times, and route location labels do not imply endorsement by third-party platforms. Planned maintenance and significant service changes will be announced on the site or in the user panel.

If you experience an issue, first check your plan status, update your configuration, and try another route, then submit a support ticket with details of the problem. Issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, device failures, or force majeure will be handled according to their actual cause. This statement does not exempt VPNTQ from responsibilities under applicable law or limit your legal remedies.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If VPNTQ identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, account theft, or conduct that persistently disrupts service operation, it may take measures based on the risk, such as restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. In the event of an urgent security risk, necessary restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided through the user panel. Restrictions should be proportionate to the actual risk.

If you believe a measure was applied in error, you can request a review through a support ticket and provide additional information. Disputes will be reviewed in light of the order, technical issue, and relevant conduct. Account restrictions do not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

When these terms are updated, the last-updated month on this page will change. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced on the site or in the user panel, along with details of how they apply. Updates will not retroactively change the agreed benefits of confirmed orders. Where required by law, the relevant legal requirements will apply.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. For application instructions and details, see the refund policy.

See the privacy policy for information about how account details are handled. If you have questions about these terms or need help with a subscription, visit the user panel support tickets.
